Liquor suppliers now have access to comprehensive insights into the Australian on-premise market through a new report from BarScan.

Over the Bar 2010 is the first report of its kind to evaluate the mechanics of the nation’s on-premise channel. Using real sales information from bar tills, the report draws insights from over 50 million drinks served over the bar each year.

Over the Bar 2010 identifies market dynamics, beverage trends as well who is driving the channel from a corporate and brand perspective. By also showing the importance of liquor categories and segments by varying bar types and trading days, the report provides suppliers with the critical knowledge needed to build on-premise strategies and venue relationships.
